Kegland Soda Carbonator Carbonation Ball Lock Low2 Lid - Continuous Soda Water Solution
✅ In Stock
Product Code: KL10955
This stainless steel Soda Carbonator provides an easy and cost-effective way to enjoy continuous soda water on tap, bypassing the need for pricier carbonation solutions like Sodastreams. The fully integrated ball lock lid hatch allows simple installation on a standard Cornelius keg for easy cleaning. It features a NEW Low2 Lid O-Ring, offering superior oxygen barrier properties compared to traditional silicone o-rings.
Proper carbonation requires cold water and high gas pressure. The carbonator can carbonate up to 10L per hour with adequately chilled water. Lower water temperature and higher gas pressure enhance carbonation levels.
For high-speed soda water production, use a chiller, such as a glycol chiller, to pre-chill the water before it enters the carbonator. Pre-chilling can boost your carbonation rate to over 30L per hour.
What are Low2 O-Rings?
The exceptional Synthetic M-Class and Cross-Linked elastomer make them the unrivaled gold standard for homebrew kegs. This cutting-edge composition brings unparalleled oxygen barrier properties, surpassing those of traditional silicone o-rings. As a result, they are the perfect choice for homebrewers seeking top-quality keg materials to ensure that their beverages stay fresher for longer!
Please Note: If the pressure difference between the gas (pressure in the keg) and the mains water is too great then it can result in water leaking across the seal due to it being pushed too far down inside of the soda carbonator. It is recommended that the pressure difference be reduced to be around 10 - 20 PSI. To accomplish this we recommend using the following:
