The Anvil Brewing Equipment fermentor is designed to make the fermentation process smoother and more precise. Its 304 Stainless Steel construction ensures durability and sanitation. The conical bottom allows for easy collection of sediment, making it easier to clarify the beer or other fermented beverages.
The graduations on the inside of the bucket help ensure accurate filling and measurements during the brewing process. This eliminates the need for additional measuring tools and helps maintain consistency in batch sizes.
The included stopper and airlock provide a secure seal to prevent contamination during fermentation. The stick-on thermometer allows for easy monitoring of the temperature inside the fermentor, ensuring optimal conditions for fermentation.
The 3/8" OD ball valve allows for easy transfer of the fermented beverage, whether it is for bottling or transferring to another vessel for aging or further fermentation. The rotating racking arm makes it easy to take samples or transfer the liquid without disturbing the sediment at the bottom.
Despite its large capacity, the Anvil Brewing Equipment fermentor is designed to be compact. Its height of 26 1/4" (including the airlock and stopper) and a diameter of 16 1/2" make it easy to store in small spaces.
