With this Bayou Classic Cooker Set, you have everything you need to steam, boil, or fry your seafood, vegetables, or water. The total volume capacity is 15.5 (US) gallons (58.7L, 62 Quart).

The stockpot included in this set features a strong domed lid and a removable stainless steel basket with a convenient handle for easy removal. The 22 gauge stainless steel basket is also equipped with a helper handle for effortless handling.

This upgraded version of our Steam & Boil Cooker Kit now includes an elevated steam/boil basket. The steel basket rests on legs and can even be used as a fry basket, allowing you to transform your steam kit into a fryer. This added versatility provides exceptional value.

Additionally, the Jet Cooker/Burner included in this set is constructed from stainless steel and comes with detachable legs. These legs raise the cooking surface 12" above the ground and provide excellent stability.

Equipped with jet burners, this cooker delivers a powerful flame that effortlessly handles your stew or homebrew. It can quickly heat up oil for deep-frying or bring a pot of water to boil within minutes.

The burner is accompanied by an adjustable 10 PSI regulator and a 5' LPG stainless steel braided hose.
