This Stock Pot Set by Bayou Classic is their newest product. It is crafted from 20-gauge stainless steel and has a total capacity of 10 gallons (37.9L, 40 Quarts). While primarily designed for cooking, it can also be used for brewing.
The interior of the pot is equipped with graduated markings and a uniquely designed indented top to accommodate the included basket.
This set includes a stock pot, vented domed lid, perforated basket, heat shield, spigot, and installation hardware.
