This recipe kit creates a crisp, clean, easy-drinking Kolsch ale. It has a straw-yellow hue similar to a pilsner but is less hoppy, a bit sweeter, and uses pale malts with a small amount of wheat. As this is a recipe kit it does not contain alcohol, it includes ingredients required to brew your own refreshing and smooth Kolsch-style beer.
