This recipe kit creates a dry, hoppy beer that is easy-drinking and smooth. Best fermented in a cool area, as it uses lager yeast, this brew features Pilsner malt extract that produces a straw color. It is a dry beer that finishes with plenty of hop bitterness. As this is a recipe kit it does not contain alcohol, it includes ingredients required to brew your own crisp and refreshing lager-style beer.
