Gourmet Bourbon Vanilla Bean (1 bean)
The vanilla bean is the fruit of a climbing orchid grown in warm climates. It is best used in stouts and porters with a complimentary malty flavour. One or two beans can be used per 5-gallon batch or as compliments the taste of the brewer.
