Convoluted Copper Counter-flow Chiller - 1.5" TC

For the experienced homebrewer who wants to cool their wort quickly and effectively, the Convoluted Copper Counter-flow Chiller is the perfect choice. This chiller is based on the counterflow method, where the cool water is pumped through a tube that contains another tube, through which the hot wort flows in the opposite direction. What makes this chiller even more efficient is the convoluted design of the inner tube, which increases the surface area and creates turbulence in the wort to maximize heat exchange. As a result, the wort is quickly cooled to a temperature that is only a few degrees higher than the cool water running through the chiller, no matter the wort flow rate.

This model has 1.5" TC connections for easy and secure use.
