The Taprite Primary Low Pressure CO2 Regulator is crafted from durable forged brass, ensuring long-lasting performance for years to come. It is designed with an external safety release valve, pre-set to a protective range of 55-65 PSI, safeguarding the dispensing system. Additionally, the regulator includes an internal safety valve that activates when the pressure exceeds the set value by 15 PSI, indicating potential wear on the diaphragm or seat.
This regulator boasts a substantial body, acting as a heat sink to prevent unwanted freeze ups while using CO2. With the inclusion of 60 PSI and 2000 PSI gauges, you can easily monitor both the serving pressure and the remaining gas volume at all times.
Specifications:
- To protect dispensing systems each regulator has a built-in high volume external safety relief valve factory set to relieve at 55-60 PSIG.
- Internal relief valve opens if the delivery pressure exceeds set pressure by 15 PSIG. This serves as a warning that the seat or diaphragm may be worn and require replacing.
- Forged brass body for greater durability. Body has enough mass to serve as a heat sink to help prevent freeze up. Can handle Co2.
- Durable Zinc Bonnet will not strip or break like polycorbonate (plastic)
