Duotight (Push-In) Ball Lock Gas Disconnect - 5/16" (8mm)

Thanks to its robust design, these disconnects can be assembled or disassembled effortlessly without the need for any tools. They are specifically designed to create a pressure seal through hand tightening alone. This tool-free assembly, combined with easy disassembly, simplifies and accelerates the cleaning and sanitizing process compared to standard disconnects. Additionally, their unique compact form factor makes them ideal for keg stacking.

Duotight fittings are designed for easy installation by simply pushing the compatible tubing into the fitting.

Inside each fitting are dual EPDM o-rings that provide superior sealing performance, thanks to their increased contact area compared to other push-in fittings. This ensures reliable connections and significantly reduces the risk of leaks.

For optimal performance, it is recommended to cut the tubing straight, rather than at an angle, to guarantee a complete seal.

These disconnects are designed for use with 5/16" OD (8mm) Polyethylene Tubing.
