Duotight (Push-In) Ball Lock Gas Disconnect - 1/4" (6.35mm)

This gas disconnect is constructed from highly durable and resistant materials, featuring stainless steel springs and ball bearings. It effectively withstands the effects of commonly used chemicals like phosphoric based sanitizers and caustics.

These Duotight disconnects allow for direct attachment to your beer and gas lines, providing an easy, convenient, and reliable alternative to standard disconnects. By converting your setup to all Push-In hardware, the need for additional fittings and clamps is eliminated.

Thanks to its robust design, these disconnects can be assembled or disassembled without the use of tools. The pressure seal is achieved simply by hand tightening, making cleaning and sanitizing quicker and easier compared to standard disconnects. Additionally, their compact form factor makes them ideal for keg stacking.

Duotight fittings function by securely pushing in the compatible tubing. They are equipped with dual EPDM o-rings that offer superior sealing capacity, providing twice the sealing surface area compared to other push-in fittings. This greatly reduces the risk of leaks, ensuring reliability.

For optimal performance, it is recommended to cut the tubing straight, rather than at an angle, to ensure a complete seal.

This product is designed for use with 1/4" OD (6.35mm) Polyethylene Tubing.
