BrewZilla Stainless Steel Female Camlock Fitting - 1/2" Cam. X 1/2" Male BSP (Type B)
✅ In Stock
Crafted from robust 304 stainless steel, this Camlock fitting is engineered to work flawlessly with BrewZilla All-Grain Systems. The female quick-connect design, coupled with an interior silicone seal, provides a secure, leak-proof connection with minimal effort. It's compatible with Type A, E, & F.
Occasionally, you may find the male and female camlocks require a bit more effort to connect. This is often due to manufacturing tolerances that can vary from batch to batch. Even a simple factor like the thickness of the gasket can influence the amount of pressure needed to close the cam arms.
Note Regarding "Fit": The thread type is British Standard Pipe (BSP). Please note that BSP and NPT/NPS threads are not interchangeable. When purchasing threaded hardware, it's essential to ensure you're choosing the correct threaded fittings for your needs.

If you find your mating pair to be difficult to close, consider the following tips:
- Be sure to close both cam arms simultaneously, not one at a time
- While closing the cam arms, push the two fittings together to compress the gasket slightly
- A small amount of lubricant on the cams where the grooves contact helps (anything food grade such as vasoline to keg lube will work)
- Break in the gaskets by leaving the mating pair connected for a few days, making it easier to reconnect in the future
