BrewZilla All Grain Brewing System - Heat Exchanger Dish (HED) - Gen 4
This Heat Exchanger Dish (HED) is an excellent addition to enhance your BrewZilla systems. Currently, the BrewZilla recirculates the wort through the pump, malt pipe, and boiler false bottom, with the concave bottom and central draining hole. The wort naturally follows the path of least resistance and flows directly to the drainage hole.
By installing the Heat Exchanger Dish (HED), you redirect the recirculating wort to the edges of the base. This ensures that the wort passes over the elements for a longer duration, facilitating faster heat exchange and enabling the wort to reach your desired temperatures more quickly.
Please note: This product is specifically designed for use with Gen 4 BrewZilla All Grain Brewing Systems. It is NOT compatible with Gen 3, 3.1, or 3.1.1 models. Installing this item on older units is done at your own risk. Returns will not be accepted if you attempt to install it on a non-compatible BrewZilla.
