BrewZilla Stainless Steel Tri-Clover Steam Condenser Assembly - 2" TC

The Steam Condenser Assembly is made from 304 stainless steel and food-grade silicone gaskets. With all the included hardware featuring Tri-Clover components, this assembly facilitates easy assembly and disassembly, ensuring rapid cleaning and system adjustments. 

When brewing inside, managing the steam generated, especially during boiling, can be challenging. While installing fans is a viable solution, not everyone has the means to do so. For those seeking an alternative, this steam condenser is an ideal addition to their brewing setup. Managing steam is vital, as excess moisture can accumulate on walls and ceilings, potentially leading to mold issues.

This assembly is designed for attachment to 35L BrewZilla Brewing Systems, utilizing the AlcoEngine Pure Distilling Lid and Stainless Steel Tri-Clover Weldless Bulkhead Fitting - 2" TC. The upper TC End Cap on the first T also allows adding a butterfly valve/hop bong for hop additions without having to remove the lid.

The Spray head has the capability to condense 1.6L of steam per minute when connected to a 100 PSI water main.

Instructions:

1. Attach a Stainless Steel Tri-Clover Weldless Bulkhead Fitting - 2" TC to your BrewZilla All Grain Brewing System - AlcoEngine Pure Distilling Lid
2. Mount the Steam Condenser
3. Connect a cold water supply to the top hose barb
4. Attach a drain tube to the bottom barb for the waste water
