Take control of your gas or liquid lines' pressure with the Duotight BlowTie 2 Diaphragm Spunding Valve. This valve features a pressure range of 0 - 15 PSI, making it ideal for various applications. Crafted with non-corrosive Acetyl, Nitrile, and Stainless components, it ensures durability and reliability.

Equipped with an easy-to-read gauge, this spunding valve is designed for use with 5/16" OD (8mm) EVABarrier and Polyethylene Tubing. The included gauge can handle pressures up to 15 PSI, and the valve can accommodate up to 100 PSI with different gauge options.

Unlike poppet style spunding valves, diaphragm spunding valves provide superior accuracy in pressure control. The spring pushes against a diaphragm with a larger surface area, allowing for smoother and more precise adjustments. This results in a closer match between the set blow-off pressure and the remaining pressure after gas release.

Inside the Duotight fitting, dual EPDM O-rings ensure superior sealing capacity by providing twice the sealing surface area of other push-in fittings. To achieve a complete seal and minimize the chance of leaks, it is recommended to cut your tubing straight, avoiding angled cuts.
