This 18 gauge 201 Stainless Steel Weldless Brew Kettle has a capacity of 21 Litres (5.5 Gallons) and includes a lid. You can securely attach all your 1/2" NPT accessories to the 7/8" OD holes, which are located under the bolted handle. It also comes with a 2" Probe Thermometer, and a 2-piece ball valve as well. There are laser-etched markings for each gallon inside the kettle.
Please note that this product does NOT have a tri-clad bottom
