American Farmhouse Blend

WLP670 American Farmhouse Blend consists of Saccharomyces and Brettanomyces strains as well as Lactobacillus and Pediococcus all contained in the perfect balance for making sour and farmhouse beers. With high attenuation, medium alcohol tolerance, and very complex medium sour character, WLP670 allows creating some of the most interesting Saisons, Farmhouse Ales, and Belgian-like sour beers a brewer can imagine. Due to the complex nature of the blend it usually requires prolonged maturation, as the various microorganisms making it up will take turns in contributing to the final complexity of the beer.
