Gourmet Bourbon Vanilla Bean (1 bean)

The vanilla bean is the fruit of a climbing orchid grown in warm climates. It is best used in stouts and porters with a complimentary malty flavour.

Recommended 1 to 2 beans per five gallon batch, depending on results wanted. Results are best when added to secondary.
