This pick up tube is made out of sanitary stainless steel. It is 8" in length and the tube is 1/2" in diameter. Having a pick up tube installed in your kettle allows you to easily pick up liquids from the bottom of your kettle.
Center pick up tubes are designed to pick up liquids from the center of your kettle instead of on the sides like with side pick up tubes.
