Chamomile is a relative of the sunflower. It is low-growing and native to Eastern Europe, but now found round the world. Exceptional high content of essential oils. Introduces flavour and aromas of a slightly apple scent and fresh blossoms.
Commonly steeped in hot water to make chamomile teas. But also interesting to add to Saisons, Wits and Light Belgian-Style Ales.
