With American Medium Toasted Oak Cubes you can add the wonderful barrel flavours to your beer, wine, cider, mead, whiskey or any other drink. Just add the cubes to the secondary fermenter and leave them in contact with the liquid for a period of time, and you will certainly notice the difference.
These oak cubes can turn a really good beer into an excellent one by adding layers of complex flavours into the bouquet.

The cubes provide an ergonomic alternative to actual barrel aging, which may be problematic for smaller batches.
Due to their shape, the cubes work best when left in contact with the beer for an extended period of time. That's why it's best to use them in beers, which require prolonged maturation such as Imperial Stouts, Barleywines and Belgian Strong Ales.
However, you can certainly use the oak cubes in just any beer style for adding the distinct barrel character. And you can also soak the cubes in whiskey, bourbon, brandy, or other strong spirit beforehand in order to add even more complexity to your brew.
