CaraWheat - Weyermann - 1lb Whole Grain Specialty Malt

A malted wheat which has been steeped and kilned to create a caramel wheat. Emphasizes wheat aromas and flavours in addition to adding colour. For use up to 15% per batch. Typically used in Dunkel Weizens, Hefeweizens or any wheat based beer.
