This Light (Gold) Liquid Malt Extract is made entirely out of 100% pure malt extract and is non-diastatic and unhopped. It has been carefully crafted from the finest 2-row barley malts which helps ensure a pure colour and clean malt flavour.
Can be used by itself for light coloured brews, or combine with specialty grains or other malt extracts for any beer style. Provides a well rounded flavour with full body and great head retention. Or for use in all-grain batches to boost gravity.
This line of liquid malt extracts has been made in conjunction with Coopers to create malt extracts specially made for brewers.
