This is an experimental hop variety that recently went "pro" and became a full commercial variety. Brought to you by the same people who brought you Citra, Warrior, Ahtanum, Palisade, and Simcoe. Mosaic is a new dual-purpose hop bred from Simcoe (formerly known as HBC 369) that has high alpha contents and a unique aroma profile that works in a wide variety of beer styles. It's aroma profile contains blueberry, papaya, tangerine, rose, blossoms, grass, and bubble gum. This particular hop is similar to both Simcoe and Nugget.
