Description: One of the new wave US hop varieties, Mosaic has rapidly become immensely popular with craft brewers all over the globe soon after its launch in 2012. Drawing parentage from Simcoe and Nugget, Mosaic is an excellent dual-purpose hop with a character of its own.

It takes only a single brewday to understand why Mosaic has become an industry favourite – with a unique mix of blueberry, grapefruit, papaya, tangerine and mango aromas and flavours this hop is as complex as it can get.

It can be used as a stand-alone hop with great results as its layered flavour and aroma make it self-sufficient, but mixing in other hop varieties is surely encouraged. Primarily used in Pale Ales and IPAs, Mosaic is a hop that is definitely fun to play around with.
