Cryo Hops, developed by Yakima Chief Hopunion provides the most innovative technology in hop processing. Through the use of a special cryogenic separation process they are able to preserve all aspects and components of the hops. The LupuLN2 variety is the concentrated lupulin of whole leaf hops which contains resins and aromatic oils. It provides an intense hop flavour and aroma that allows brewers to dose large quantities of hops without introducing harsh flavours.
LupuLN2 contains twice the resin content traditionally found in standard whole leaf and hop pellet varieties. When dosing you should use around only half the amount by weight.
Aroma: Blueberry, Papaya, Tangerine, Blossoms, Rose, and Bubble Gum.
