Alkaline Brewery Wash - 5lb

This alkaline brewery wash is versatile and can be used with either hot or cold water. It is a safe option for cleaning glass, plastic, and stainless steel surfaces, but should NOT be used on aluminum surfaces.

For fermenters, fittings, bottles, and tubing, the recommended usage is 2 scoops of the product for every gallon of warm water used.

For brew kettles, the recommended usage is 4 scoops of the product for every gallon of warm water used.

To effectively clean the surfaces, simply spray or immerse them with the cleaner and allow it to work for 5-20 minutes. Afterwards, rinse the surfaces with clean water and proceed with sanitizing. In cases of heavy soils, higher water temperatures and using 6 scoops of the brew wash per gallon of water is advised. In such cases, soak the surfaces for up to 24 hours and use a soft-bristled brush as needed.
