For use with the 35L BrewZilla, this domed AlcoEngine Copper Alembic Distillation Lid works as a catalyst with the vapours in the still. While distilling, the flavours and aromas are enhanced and concentrated, plus it also helps remove unwanted sulfur compounds. This results in a smoother, richer, sweeter tasting liquor.
