When lightly carbonated, this cider pairs exceptionally well with food. Fresh cheese, leafy greens, seafood morsels, and anything slow-cooked, smoked, or barbecued will perfectly complement this crisp and flavourful cider. As this is a recipe kit it does not contain alcohol, it includes ingredients required to craft your own flavourful pear cider.
