This product is used to clear the haze from wine. It's made from volcanic clay, and is an absorbent material capable of bonding to particles that cause haziness in wine.
Usage:
- Use 2 teaspoons dissolved in 1/2 cup warm water
- Store in sanitized, airtight container for several hours to hydrate
- Add slurry to wine and stir to combine
- Affix airlock and let wine sit for 1-2 weeks to clear (time depends on the wine)
