Tequila Barrel Chips - 4 oz (113 g)
These chips are traditionally used in the second fermentation process.
For every 5 gallons of beer 2 ounces of chips are required. After five days steeped in the beer do a taste test. If a stronger flavour is required steep five more days.
For ease of use a muslin bag is suggested to prevent leakage into the final product.
The chips come sanitized and ready for use. To re-sanitize, soak them in some tequila for a short period.
Store in an airtight container.
