If you find you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return your item/order within 30 days from the original date of shipment, with the return shipping paid by us. You will then receive a full refund or exchange.
We have made the following goods exempt from being returned.
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require your original receipt of purchase and a return identification number. Please email email@example.com for directions on how to obtain a return identification number and proceed with returning your order. For exchanges, upon contacting us for a return identification number, we will also ask you what item you would like in place of your returned item.
And last but not least, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We are happy to help right here!
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If applicable, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card. Due to credit card processing delay times, your refund may take up to 7 days to appear. If you haven't received an approved refund after 7 days have passed, please check your credit card records again. If not posted, contact your credit card company; posting of refunds can vary from one credit card company to another, especially when considering non-business days. If you've done all of the above and still have not received your refund (our apologies in advance), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and quote your return identification number. We will help you get everything sorted out.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then ship out your exchange within 24 hours and you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Easy peasy!
Free Return Shipping
You will need to provide us with the weight and dimensions of the box you are shipping the item back in. We will then email you a shipping label so you can ship your item back to us. Print the shipping label and affix it to the outside of the box you are shipping back to us. Then take it to your local Canada Post outlet and let the teller know the package is commercial and prepaid. If you are returning a shipment due to a damaged or defective product and require a refund or a replacement, please see "Damaged/Defective Item Return" below for details as different rules apply.
Damaged/Defective Item Return (if applicable)
If in the rare circumstance that an item you order is found to be damaged or defective, we are happy to cover the cost of returning or exchanging the item in question within 30 days from the shipment date. Damaged or defective items require a return identification number and a photo and description of the damaged/defective item. By contacting email@example.com we can assist you with instructions on how to return your defective/damaged product at no charge to you. If you are exchanging the item, we will send you a replacement, with no additional shipping charge to you. Please note that for complete refunds of damaged or defective items, only shipping costs pertaining to the item in question will be refunded.
Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact a customer service representative at BarleyBeaver@gmail.com during regular business hours. Please note that all items are shipped within 24 hours (weekends excluded) of receiving them, so please make sure you get to us before your package gets sent out.
