WLN 4800 Rapidase
Rapidase has been developed especially for the depectinization of apple or pear juice. It contains the right balance of the specific pectinase and arabanase required for a fast and complete pectin breakdown.
Add Rapidase with a metering pump to the fruit pulp in the depectinization tank 1-2 hours at 45-55°C.
This product should be kept refrigerated and is stable for 12 months. It is not a GMO or a genetically modified product.
