Description:

Styrian Golding (Celeia) Hop Pellets - 1oz

Slovenia’s finest, Styrian Golding is a wonderful aroma variety drawing parentage from English Fuggle and exhibiting many of its original traits. This hop has been around for decades and is very popular with lager brewers all across Europe. Styrian Golding is known for its mild earthy, spicy and slightly resinous flavour, much more balanced if compared to its British progenitor, and is primarily used as an aroma hop. Typically found in Lager, Belgian ale and British bitter recipes at late kettle additions, Styrian Golding can be used effectively as a substitution for other earthy varieties such as Bobek, Fuggle and Willamette.
