This digital temperature display module is designed especially for the Chronical series fermenters. It reads in Celsius only, but SS Brewtech makes an identical module that reads in Fahrenheit only for those who prefer a different scale.

The probe goes into the thermowell where it can accurately gauge wort temperatures.
