All Natural Kiwi Flavouring - 4 fl oz (118 ml)
Kiwi is a very peculiar fruit that adds a refreshing and slightly tart notes to any product it is used in.
The intense tropical fruit flavour makes a great addition to refreshing fruit juices, and it's quite natural that many brewers want to incorporate the fruit's character into refreshing summer Pale Ales and IPAs.
One way of doing it is getting a lot of kiwi fruits, peeling them, throwing them all into the boil kettle, and hoping for the best. With a lot of pulp matter the actual flavour of the fruit can be distorted in the final beer, especially when it undergoes the process of fermentation.
But you can get the same results in a much simpler fashion by using a natural flavouring.
|Usage:||Brewer's Best All Natural Kiwi Flavouring uses only natural ingredients and allows you to imbue the beer with a distinct kiwi flavour and aroma.
All you need to do is add the extract during the boil or while bottling the beer after fermentation. The bottle contains enough extract to impart a distinct kiwi character to a standard 5 gallon homebrew batch, complimenting the use of modern fruit-forward hop varieties in a very interesting and enticing manner.
This flavouring can also be used in cider, wine, mead or any other homemade drink, added according to taste.
