Acidulated Malt by Weyermann is an excellent specialty malt that will help you brew better beers regardless of the style. It delivers a rather low pH value, which is used to acidify the mash and gain better mash efficiency.

For pH adjustments the recommended amount is 1-5% of the grain bill, while at higher rates Acidulate Malt can also be used for making sour beers like Berliner Weisse.
